What does it cost?
Every project is different, so we quote case by case after your brief — a clear service fee agreed upfront, before any work starts. The quote is free and comes within 48h.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We don't impose one — the factories do. Part of our job is finding suppliers whose MOQs fit your volume, including the domestic market for smaller runs.
Do you only work on Alibaba?
No. Alibaba is one source among many. We also use the Chinese domestic market (1688), our own network, industrial clusters and trade fairs — often with better prices.
Can you ship to my door, customs cleared?
Yes. We organise sea, air or rail freight and can deliver door-to-door (DDP) with customs clearance through our freight forwarding partners, in France, Europe and beyond.
